Who do we serve?
We offer counselling services to youth ages 12-21 in the Southeastern New Brunswick Area.
How to receive counselling?
- If you are over the age of 16, you may refer yourself to our Center by calling (506) 382-0298 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are under the age of 16, you may still refer yourself to our Center but you will require parental or guardian permission.
- You may also be referred to our Center by an adult who feels you may benefit from our services. The adult, however, must have yours or your parent’s / guardian’s signed permission to refer you to us.
Youth Mental Health Clinic – Monday evenings from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Our Youth Mental Health Clinic provides single-session, call-ahead appointments with a Counselling Therapist or Counselling Intern. Each session is 75 minutes in length and at the end of the session, clients are provided with a summary of recommendations and contact information for any necessary referrals.
Our phone line (506) 382-9804 opens at 8:30 a.m. each Monday and appointments are scheduled on a first-call, first serve basis.
