Over the last 6 years, we have provided free mental health services to more than 1100 youth!

In 2017, we provided 3366 hours of free, individual therapy.

77% of clients accessing our call-in Mental Health Clinic report that they would have ‘gone nowhere’ or ‘gone to the hospital’ if our Clinic was not an option.

Youth Quest Central – we provide counselling on-site at Youth Quest Central to homeless and at-risk youth.

Anglophone East – we provide on-site counselling at several rural-area schools in order to remove the transportation barrier some youth face when trying to access services.

Our Services Navigator has connected our clients and/or youth on our wait list with Psychologists, Narcotics Anonymous, Mental Health Drugs and Addiction, YWCA eating disorders resource center, Social Development, CMHA, GED learning programs, and RCMP Victim Services. This helps us provide coordinated care to our clients ensuring that they receive the help they need in all areas of their lives.
